Sarah {Redding, Ca portrait photographer}

I don’t shoot for myself anywhere near enough. I don’t think I do at least, so a few months ago while I was walking my dog down a trail I’ve seen a bunch of times but never actually gone down, I realized I need to start. The trail was absolutely perfect for a shoot. A simple dirt road cut through a solid green field with giant oak trees arching over every hundred yards. It really inspired me to just take a few ‘simple’ and ‘pretty’ photos, since this is just something I don’t do very often. After a month of waiting for the right time, my girlfriend, Tricia Davidge, styled the shoot all up and did an amazing job with hair/mua. My good friend, Sarah, modeled and we went for it. It feels so good to do something I enjoy simply for the fact that I enjoy it.
All color was with the Pentax 67 on fuji pro 400h, and b&w was with a pentax 645 on fuji acros 100. Thank you Indie Film Lab for the amazing scans!
